
Robin Stoller, PT, PhD, CPI
Robin is a native New Yorker residing in both Manhattan and Upstate New York. She is a physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor with more than 30 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and movement science. Her work is grounded in her extensive knowledge of anatomy, postural alignment and movement science.Robin earned her degree in Physical Therapy in 1988 and a PhD in Movement Sciences in 2013, completing her doctoral research at the renowned Motion Analysis Laboratory at Hospital for Special Surgery.Early in her career, Robin spent more than 15 years at two of New York City’s leading orthopedic hospitals, Hospital for Special Surgery and NYU–Hospital for Joint Diseases, where she worked alongside leading orthopedists, neurologists, rheumatologists and physical therapists. In 2003, she opened her own outpatient practice.Over the years, Robin’s practice has evolved beyond traditional physical therapy into a more integrated, Pilates-based approach to rehabilitation and wellness. Her sessions are highly individualized and hands-on, using her clinical expertise to guide postural alignment, movement and exercise. She has a particular passion for fostering healthy aging and longevity, with a focus on maintaining strength, mobility and independence throughout life.She brings a warm, down-to-earth manner and a sense of humor to her work.
